What's your process?

Each piece starts with a mixture of hand-drawn and digitally-drawn black line art to form a rendering. Once an initial drawing is finished, colour is painted in digitally (to ensure vibrant colours) using many fun and different brush styles. Nathan draws from really life, photo reference as well as from his imagination and uses graphic techniques to accomplish his unique style. The artwork is carefully resized and cropped for optimal printing at each size.

What kind of paper do you use?

We offer all of our prints on Matte and Luster Photo Paper. Please note that slight variations in the colour may occur between your screen and the printed artwork. Exact sizing may vary slightly due to the trimming process.


Luster Photo Paper

Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper has a mixture of gloss and matte finish, the result is slightly glossy finish with a highly saturated, clean look and maximum ink coverage. This paper produces high quality, saturated images and is resistant to fingerprints.  10 mil (0.25mm) thick paper with a weight of 7.67 oz/yd² (260 g/m²).


Matte Paper

A museum-quality, archival, and acid-free paper, yielding high quality prints with vibrant colours. This thick and durable paper allows your artwork to stand the test of time. 10.3 mil (0.26 mm) thick paper with a weight of 5.57 oz/yd² (189 g/m²).

What kind of ink do you use?

We use Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink. It’s highly pigmented, nickel free, and is GREENGUARD Gold certified.

Are the prints framed?

Sorry, we do not offer framed prints at this time. If you do decide to purchase one of our prints and frame it that's great! We always recommend UV glass to go with your framing, this way the print will last a long time.

What if my print is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at gowselln@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Do you offer commissions?

Yes, depending on current workload and capacity. Reach out and we’ll discuss your project.

SHIPPING

When will my print arrive?

Because each print is made to order our shipping time averages at 1-2 weeks.

On each product page in the right side bar under the payment option you'll find an estimaded delivery date for that product.

During busy seasons shippments can take up to 3 weeks.

How are orders packaged?

Posters are shipped rolled in triangular kraft boxes to ensure safe delivery and avoid the use of plastic caps.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary based on location, but we work to keep these costs as low as possible. Shipping costs are typically around or under $10 CAD, however depending on your location shipping may be as much as $19 CAD. You may be charged additional import duties and fees.
